This walk was supposed to be 11kms but it took us 14.2kms and over 4hrs to complete it. The walk goes through four villages of Gaasbeek, Sint Laurens Berchem, Oudenaken and Elingen. There is a lot of cement through the villages, so normal sneakers are fine as long as it's been dry the days preceding and dry the day of your walk.
