Uma Ramakrishnan is an abstract artist who has featured previously on my blog. Her journey with running was what got me writing about her. That article has been the top seller on my site from when I wrote it. The subject fascinates the audiences across all nationalities and ages and genders!
Uma's determination comes through and my words seem to bring life to her endless energy and zest for life.
Uma is now fascinating the Art scene through her creations. Since she has so much to show I couldn't just add the achievements on the post that talks about her running. In this post you see snippets of her exhibitions in Washington D.C. that's happening now till the 30th of April and the one she participated in January 2026 in Mumbai.

"Just let me give you a brief about my Solo exhibition titled Mindtrix - more than you can see.
The exhibition first happened in Mumbai in Jan 2026. This had the full collection of around 60 paintings of my series "Fragments of the Mind". It was opened by Bharat Dabholkar.
A curated version of the same exhibition is currently happening in Georgetown, Washington DC at Gallery16Ten. This has about 30 paintings displayed."
